Local community involvement and volunteering in the greater Athens and Oconee communities is an integral part of the way we do business.
ETL Construction proudly sponsors Athens-Clarke Heritage Foundation in their vision to become the leading advocate for the importance of historic preservation for the future of the Athens community. Vice President Kim Kraeling currently serves on the ACHF Education Committee, helping to further the understanding of historic preservation in our local communities.

ETL Construction is an annual corporate sponsor and works with the nonprofit Project Safe to fight domestic violence. Bill and Kim Kraeling attend Groovy Nights each year and are committed to being part of the solution to end the violence in our local area and beyond.

ETL Construction actively donates both time and money to various PACS programs, including but not limited to Wolverine Booster Club, Academics & PACS Fine Arts programs. We proudly support their vision of honoring God, pursuing excellence and to disciple students through their ministry.

Bill and Kim Kraeling's daughter was an active Girl Scout as a child. They annually make contributions and purchase boxes of cookies each year to continue to help support the Girl Scout mission of building courage, confidence and character and help make the world a better place.

Our President and CEO participated this year in the annual Career Day in April as a speaker and as a mentor for the program. This program helps students better prepare themselves for their career interests so they can learn more about the career options that are available to them.

ETL Construction is committed to being involved in kids’ lives – from supporting them at their sporting events to listening to them talk about what’s important to them. As a financial donor, we help kids consider the direction of their lives and offer inspiration and hope for their future. Our son Robert really enjoys spending time with his YoungLife leader and participating in YoungLife programs. Kids are dramatically impacted when these caring adults support them and share God’s love with them. Because their YoungLife leader believes in them, they begin to see that their lives have great worth, meaning and purpose. We support this as the first step of a lifelong journey; the choices they make today, based upon God’s love for them, will impact future decisions … careers chosen, marriages formed and families raised. This positive growth stems from the time when a YoungLife leader took time to reach out and enter their world.
